We have stayed at 21 Heriot Row twice and we would never stay anywhere else in Edinburgh. The first time it was only the two of us and having this entire grand apartment to ourselves was a true luxury. The second time we stayed with my partner’s parents and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The appointments and finishes are as good as any 5 star hotel and the location cannot be beat. I would (and hopefully will) stay there again in a minute.

This must be the most beautiful flat in Edinburgh ... it feels like home from home (only more gorgeous than home!!). We really can't recommend 21 Heriot Row highly enough. Thank you for a couple of fantastic weekends. We are looking forward to coming back to visit again.

21 Heriot Row, what a fabulous place to stay.
I first came across 21 Heriot Row in 2004 but what a gem of a place to find the standard of accommodation is the best you will find 5* plus and in the most affluent area of the city. The house is amazing with everything you possibly need to make your stay wonderful, the bedrooms are grand, gorgeous bathrooms and the kitchen and lounge are to die for a fabulous place to stay.
Since 2004 I have been back to Edinburgh 8 times and have always been lucky to have stayed at Heriot Row whether with some friends for a Birthday or a get away break with my husband it is truly amazing. I have many fond memories of my stay here but what makes it special are the family that own it, they make you feel as if you are staying at "home" and are part of the "family"
